One would hope that between Xcode and AppCode, one could sorta get things done. But it turns out that for me they manage to have non-overlapping bugs such that whichever one I am using quickly becomes a nightmare to use. So then I switch to the other, which doesn't have that same bug, but then 30 seconds later I hit the bug in there which caused me to switch before. Wrestling back and forth ad nauseum. Indictment, baby. Indictments all 'round.
